How Much Should I Charge For My Boat?

Setting your price is easy! Just go to My Boats > Edit > Pricing (pictured below).

From there, you can add the "Daily Price", "Half-Day Price" and the "Weekly Price" of your vessel (pictured below).

The rates you decide on are completely up to you. As a new owner, you may want to charge lower than average rates to attract renters who are comparing your boat to those with reviews. Once you have a review or two, adjust your rates as needed. Typically, listing prices vary depending on boat type, amenities, age of boat and the market in which your vessel is located.
Below is a great way to estimate how much you should charge for your boat:
  • Sailboat - $10-12/per ft.
  • Power- $12-17/per ft.

Once you have updated your listings pricing, you will then have to upload boat photos to complete your listing. You can also manually change the price of individual days in your calendar and add separate pricing if you have a captain.
